DeAndre Hopkins’ tenure as a free agent is finally over.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the five-time Pro Bowl wide receiver is joining the Tennessee Titans on a two-year deal worth $26 million. The deal, with incentives, can be worth as much as $32 million.

After failing to find a trade for their liking, the Arizona Cardinals released Hopkins from his contract back on May 25, taking on a $22.6 million deal for the 2023 season as a result. “Nuk” had met with the Titans and New England Patriots last month.

Hopkins was limited to nine games last year because of injury and suspension, but he still finished with a superb stat line of 64 receptions for 717 yards and three touchdowns.

The 31-year-old joins a Tennessee offense led by two-time rushing champion Derrick Henry, veteran quarterback Ryan Tannehill and second-year wideout Treylon Burks. Needless to say, his arrival greatly boasts the Titans’ chances of returning to the postseason following a disappointing 7-10 campaign last year.
