What should the Bears do at the NFL trade deadline? The NFL trade deadline for the 2023 season is scheduled for Tuesday, October 31st, at 4 PM EST.

The team is 2-6 and in dead last in the NFC North. It’s obvious this will be another lost year so the team could grab draft capital by shipping out a player or two.

The NFL trade deadline is fast approaching this Tuesday, and many expect the Chicago Bears to “stand pat” after being quite active last year.

However, there is a report that multiple teams are calling them about standout wide receiver Darnell Mooney, but the team is not making it easy on anybody.

The Bears are said to have a high asking price.

With only 15 catches and 225 yards, he’s at a low point in production since coming into the league. He also has just one touchdown on the year. As a result, it’s not surprising to see Mooney’s name mentioned as a possible candidate to be moved.

With quarterback Justin Fields sidelined by a thumb injury, the Bears profile as sellers at the NFL trade deadline as they look to try and get better for the following year.

The Bears already traded one wideout this year, shipping pass catcher Chase Claypool to the Miami Dolphins in a 2025 pick swap.

Another one may very well be on the way out.
