Ryan Gordon is a five-time ADCC submission grappling champion who has beaten almost every major grappler in the world. Gordon is widely considered the most complete and best Jiu-Jitsu practitioner globally. UFC Commentator and Jiu-Jitsu veteran was spotted heaping some heavy praise on Gordon, and Ryan couldn’t help but give out his reaction on social media.

Joe Rogan is the most famous podcaster on the planet. His latest guest was the Jiu-Jitsu legend and veteran Royce Gracie.

Ryan Gordon has a stellar record of 154 victories and nine losses. None of the professional grapplers have scored over a hundred victories on the mat. The legendary John Danaher coached him, the head coach of the former two-division champion George St-Pierre. When discussing the sport of grappling, Joe Rogan and Royce Gracie couldn’t help but discuss the greatness of the multiple-time grappling champion. Gracie said,

The guy’s a beast man. I know of him. He’s very respectful. We’re going very light and he’s going easy on me.

Joe Rogan agreed when Gracie mentioned Gordon might be the greatest fighter on the planet. Ryan enjoys a massive social media following of over a million, who shared the clip on his stories and expressing his gratitude. The duo of Rogan and Gracie are convinced that the American is the greatest in the history of Jiu-Jitsu sport.

Jor Rogan is himself a black belt in the Brazilian art of grappling. Over the past many years, Rogan has mentioned several times the effectiveness of Jiu-Jitsu in combat sports. Jiu-Jitsu is widely used in the octagon by many UFC superstars in the company. It’ll be interesting to see if we will ever witness Ryan Gordon in a cage in the UFC. Gordon has already achieved everything in the Jiu-Jitsu world and might want to explore newer avenues in combat sports. It’ll be interesting to see when Gordon steps on the mat soon.
