Team USA kicked off the Paris Olympics 2024 with a star-studded roster, securing victories in all their exhibition games. The team then put forward another two victories in their Paris Olympics’ group stage against Serbia and South Sudan. 5. Michael Jordan
Michael Jordan’s name often comes up when debate arises on the NBA’s GOAT title. So, how can he miss the list of top scorers for Team USA? During his impressive career, Jordan twice wore the American jersey and accumulated 256 points.
4. David Robinson
David Robinson, who won two NBA titles with the San Antonio Spurs, is also on the list. The former NBA star scored 273 points for Team USA during his three Olympic appearances.
3. Carmelo Anthony
Carmelo Anthony has already wrapped up his NBA career, but his position in the Olympic top scorer list is still dazzling. After Durant, Anthony is the second-top scorer for the United States with 336 points, which he accumulated during his appearance in four Olympic games.
2. LeBron James
LeBron James joins Kevin Durant and Carmelo Anthony as the only Team USA players to score more than 300 Olympic points after the USA’s dominant win over South Sudan. James scored 12 points. He appeared in American uniform to play the Olympics three times before the Paris Olympics, including 2004, 2008, and 2012.

Kevin Durant missed all of USA’s exhibition games due to a calf injury. Despite missing the preparation games, Durant quickly made up for his absence with standout performances in the games against Serbia and South Sudan. He is now Team USA’s all-time leading scorer in men’s basketball, with 460 points. Additionally, Durant is the only player on the current USA roster with three Olympic gold medals.
Durant scored 21 points against Serbia and added another 14 points during team’s 103-86 win over South Sudan in their second game of the Paris Olympics.
