The world of politics and MMA has been intertwined for some time now. Recently, Donald Trump managed to both roast and compliment his political rival, Joe Biden, during a candid phone call with UFC CEO Dana White. The setting was a flight with The Nelk Boys on his $100 million private jet. Apparently, that’s just how politics works in 2024!

Trump took an unusually relatable approach this time. While chatting with White, he steered into a discussion about Biden’s beach habits that somehow turned into a compliment about sleep. He admitted to envying Biden’s ability to doze off at will.

“You know I talk about Biden, here’s one thing I don’t have. He goes to the beach every day, you know, those little aluminum chairs that they’re meant for children and old people because they’re so light… he [Biden] puts his head back and he’s sleeping within like a minute and I said, ‘I wish I had that ability.”

The conversation itself was classic Trump. He went on to praise The Nelk Boys as “modern-day Johnny Carsons” to poking fun at Jimmy Kimmel. The conversation eventually spiraled into more typical political territory, with warnings about Kamala Harris and criticisms of the current administration.

In a political landscape often marked by competition, Trump’s admission of Biden’s superior snoozing skills might be the most relatable political commentary of 2024. After all, who hasn’t wished for the ability to fall asleep that easily?

Donald Trump Has A Chat About WWE WIth The Undertaker

Former President Trump has been everywhere these days. The pressure of elections has him taking on every avenue to get his voice out. The latest was him with WWE legend The Undertaker on the Six Feet Under podcast.

Trump’s appearance on the show revealed a surprisingly genuine curiosity about the wrestling business. Between political talking points, he couldn’t help but pepper The Undertaker with questions about the physical toll and the authenticity of wrestling.

“You don’t have to like each other, but you have to be professional enough to work with each other. It’s kind of like the way I wish politics would get back to…What most people don’t realize, Mr. President, is that although we’re entertainment, but in any given match, you’re two inches away from something really catastrophic happening.”

The conversation took some amusing turns when Trump admitted to turning down “60 Minutes” in favor of what he jokingly called “your stupid show.” This self-deprecating moment highlighted the unusual nature of Trump’s recent media strategy, focusing on platforms that reach younger male audiences. This election has really revealed the true power of social media.
