In one of the surprising announcements, the official X handle of the Spurs wrote, “OFFICIAL: Tomorrow’s home game versus the Orlando Magic has been moved back to 6pm CT due to weather in the Charlotte area preventing the Spurs from flying back to San Antonio this evening.”

Following their 111-106 loss to the Charlotte Hornets, San Antonio was supposed to leave on Saturday. Unfortunately, due to severe snowfall, several flights were cancelled, including the Spurs’ flight. As 9 inches of snow engulfed the city, the Spurs were left stranded.
