NFL insider Adam Schefter has spoken at length about why the Ravens backed out, while mentioning the physical. However, there was one moment on ESPN where he compared the situation to someone trying to buy a new house.
“If you were to go buy a new house, and it looked beautiful and you toured it online and you had an inspector come through saying he’s worried about this and that, would that make you nervous about the deal? Probably,” Schefter said. “The Ravens didn’t like what they heard, and they backed out of the deal.”

NFL fans heard what he said and blasted him for trying to save the Ravens over backing out of the Maxx Crosby deal.

Crosby had posted a video on his Instagram story showing he was in Baltimore just hours before the news broke of the trade falling apart. Now he has to sit and wait to find out which team is going to give the Raiders what they want for him.
The Raiders would have received two first-round picks from the Ravens, including the No. 14 overall pick in next month’s NFL Draft. That is the same asking price they are demanding for the next team.
