But the White Sox are showing a tremendous resurgence this year, with Montgomery as one of the top stars of this young team.
On Sunday, the Chicago White Sox wrestled the Los Angeles Dodgers for a 6-4 comeback win to clinch the series at Rate Field. Colson Montgomery produced the first of three home runs for the team in the sixth inning. The White Sox shortstop believes the team made a strong statement as playoff contenders after beating the Dodgers.

The White Sox are presently sitting atop the American League Central with a 38-32 record. Their previous playoff finish came back in 2021, with the club crashing out in the Division Series.
Colson Montgomery Offers Insight Into White Sox Mentality
Colson Montgomery discussed the incredible comeback the Chicago White Sox produced in the sixth inning against the Los Angeles Dodgers. He shared an insight into the mentality within the White Sox clubhouse after the game.
