LeBron James’ 40K Milestone Did Not Impress Skip Bayless
Almost everyone in the basketball community congratulated Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James on achieving the historic 40,000 career points milestone. However, popular analyst Skip Bayless was not impressed by the achievement.
Bayless was not amazed by the fact that LeBron pushed the limits and set the bar very high for future generations of players. He somehow came up with criticism for LeBron living up to his image as the Lakers’ star’s biggest critic.

LeBron James fails to impress Skip Bayless with 40K Milestone
LeBron James recently achieved a historic milestone that set him apart from all the great players in history. However, Bron reaching the milestone did not impress NBA analyst Skip Bayless. He was quick to criticize him for his achievement and brought forward the performance dips of the Lakers star that were overshadowed by this achievement.
“Think about how many points LeBron’s left on the table because he was a below average 3-point shooter and a lousy free throw shooter,” said Bayless on “The Skip Bayless Show.” He highlighted that Bron has not been very consistent in his performance when it comes to shooting three-pointers. He also pointed out that the Lakers star has been lousy with free throws and left many points behind because of his inconsistency.
Bayless praised LeBron for his performance against the Clippers
It may be hard to believe but the biggest critic of LeBron James praised him recently for one of his performances. The Lakers faced the Clippers recently and LeBron James put on an absolutely stunning performance for his team. He single-handedly secured the victory for his team and Skip Bayless was impressed by it.
Bron Scored 34 points, collected six rebounds, and had eight assists. Bayless couldn’t hold back himself after witnessing the comeback performance and expressed himself on X. He posted, “GO, KING, GO,” praising the Lakers star for his spectacular performance. It was a rare thing to come by from Bayless and it caught many fans off-guard. However, the analyst turned back to his old self the next day.
