Since retiring from the NFL in 2019, Eli Manning, the iconic former New York Giants quarterback, has been relishing his time off the field. After an illustrious 16-season career that included two Super Bowl victories, Manning has shifted his focus to both new ventures and cherished moments with his family.

He now enjoys more quality time with his wife, Abby McGrew, and their four children: Ava, 13, Lucy, 11, Caroline, 9, and Charlie, 6. Here’s a closer look at the lives of Eli Manning’s four kids.

Selected first overall in the 2004 NFL draft, Manning was initially set to play for the San Diego Chargers but was traded to the New York Giants during the draft.

Manning started his college football career as a University of Mississippi Ole Miss Rebels football team member. He is one of only four quarterbacks in NFL history to have reached at least 45,000 career yards, scored 300 touchdowns, and appeared at four Pro Bowl appearances and two Super Bowls. Eli helped lead the team to two Super Bowl titles in 2008 and 2012 as part of the New York Giants.

How did Eli Manning meet his wife, Abby McGrew?

Eli Manning met Abby McGrew when he was a junior, and she was a freshman at the University of Mississippi in the Spring of 2002. The college sweethearts remained together and began to build a life together as they grew older. Manning proposed to Abby in 2007, and the pair wed in a private ceremony in San José Cabo, Mexico, on April 19th, 2008.

Ava Francis Manning was the first-born daughter of the married pair. Ave was born on March 21, 2010, and is now 14. She currently attends elementary school.

Manning previously mentioned that Ava seems to have inherited her father’s competitiveness. Even at a young age, the girl was playing tennis and soccer, as well as a few other sports. The girl’s first word even happened to be ‘ball’! Considering the family she comes from, it isn’t a surprise that the word fell into her vocabulary so early.
