Adreian Payne’s Killer’s Response After Life Imprisonment

Payne started his NBA journey after the Atlanta Hawks selected him with the 15th overall pick in the 2014 NBA draft. He immediately brought action for the Hawks in the 2014 summer league by averaging 12.5 points and 7.0 rebounds. However, after playing 5 preseason games, he suffered plantar fasciitis in his left foot.
This led him to miss 10 straight games. Payne played five seasons in the NBA, during which he played the most games with the Minnesota Timberwolves. After Payne’s killer received a life sentence, the individual immediately reacted to the verdict.
“I will not spend my life in prison,” Dority said (Via Courtsize Buzz).
Before the judge handed down his sentence, Payne’s killer said, “I would like to first say my heart goes out to the family.”
