Trying to come back to winning ways, the Houston Rockets await them this Wednesday. Unfortunately for Jokic and co., the last time they met in December 2025, Houston emerged victorious with a 115-101 scoreline. Thus, the team will be eager to get things right this time around. 

As for the Rockets, they are enjoying a superior season to the Nuggets. Perched at number 3 in the West, Houston has 39 wins and 24 losses. Recently, the team had a tumultuous time as star player Kevin Durant was involved in a burner social media account controversy. Thankfully, they have managed to bounce back. 

In their latest stretch, Houston has lost 3 of its last 5 games. But the recent 145-120 defeat against the San Antonio Spurs will significantly dent their morale. All in all, as both teams look to get back to winning ways, the resulting matchup will be an interesting one.
