Travis Etienne has emerged as one of the premiere running backs in the NFL this season.

His 837 rushing yards have him ranked within the league’s top 10 in that category, while his nine rushing touchdowns are eighth-most in the NFL. But it’s been tough sledding for the Jacksonville Jaguars running back in recent weeks.

Over his last nine contests, he’s reached the 60-yard mark just once. As a result, his yards per carry has dropped all the way to a disappointing 3.7.

It’s one of the many reasons why the Jags have struggled in recent week, as they currently find themselves on a three-game skid. And it appears as though Etienne’s mom knows exactly who to blame.

Donnetta took to ‘X’ prior to the team’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to ask Santa for better “O Line blocking” for her boy — because Santa can be reached via ‘X’ these days, instead of your traditional letter in the mail to the North Pole.

Will Santa give Donnetta Etienne what she asked for? We’ll find out when the Jags and Bucs kick off at Raymond James Stadium later today.
