Olympic legend Caitlyn Jenner is not going to enjoy July 4th like millions of others this week.

Jenner’s longtime friend and former Trump campaign surrogate, Sophia Hutchins, was killed in an ATV crash near the “Keeping Up” alum’s Malibu home, according to reports.

The 29-year-old was simply having a great day riding the quad on a road near Jenner’s house when she struck the back of a moving car on Wednesday, TMZ reported.

According to TMZ, Hutchins was riding in an ATV in Malibu when her ATV “struck the bumper of a moving car,” causing Hutchins to go over the shoulder and “350 feet down into a ravine” near Jenner’s home.

The Pepperdine University graduate was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders, per the outlet, who also reported no one else was injured during the crash.

Caitlyn Jenner has not addressed Hutchins’ death. It was unclear where Jenner was at the time of the tragedy.

Jenner and Hutchins, who was also transgender, first met in 2015.

Hutchins appeared in several episodes of Jenner’s hit “E!” docuseries “I Am Cait.”

Before that, she earned a degree in economics and finance at Pepperdine University. During her junior year, Hutchins resigned from her position as president of the Class of 2018 to complete her gender transition.

Hutchins credited Jenner as motivation for her transition in 2016.
