The Irishman’s return is not confirmed yet, but Paddy Pimblett has now shared details about him possibly fighting on that same card.
Pimblett said he has started his training camp and is getting ready for his next fight. He expects to fight in around 12 weeks and has begun his diet to get in shape. Pimblett is coming off a loss to Justin Gaethje, so this next fight is very important for him. He also shared a possible return timeline and said he is planning everything carefully.
“I’m just starting [my camp]. I’m gonna be fighting in 12 weeks. But I’m just starting my diet now. July 11 it’s gonna be,” Pimblett said.

Paddy Pimblett Says He Doesn’t Care What Fans Think About Him
Talking to BBC Sports, Pimblett says he is just being himself and does not try to act to make people like him. He says he does not like it when people pretend or fake how they act, like in WWE. He believes in being real all the time. The British fighter says if fans like him, that is fine, and if they do not, he does not care at all.
“It’s just me – I don’t put on an act, and I hate people who do that. I hate all that WWE sh*t. I don’t put on an act for anyone. If you like it, you like it; if you don’t, eat sh*t,” Pimblett said.

Meanwhile, fans in England are backing Pimblett to bounce back after his loss to Gaethje cost him a shot at the title. One strong win could push him right back into the mix. Names like Arman Tsarukyan are already being talked about as possible next opponents.
